How do I configure my controller?

We'll you don't need to. All you need to do is give it power and an internet connection (if it is not a GSM unit) then simply log into the senseware site and start using it.

Do you give a warranty?

Yes, all Senseware products come with a one year warranty.

Can I upgrade my controller?

Yes, all Senseware products are firmware upgradable. Whenever new firmware is available Senseware will automatically update all your controllers.

Can I add additional relays to my controller?

Yes, if your controller has an expansion port you can add a compatible IO board.

How do I know which IO boards are compatible with my controller?

Simply log into Senseware and click on the "Add-ons for this device" link and we'll show all the add ons that work with your controllers.
